Windows network design, server installation and configuration, SQL Server installation and configuration of security, replication and maintenance plans. Additional technical activities include daily remote and on-site troubleshooting of all customer support issues, testing, proving and documenting new and existing product bugs and deficiencies and maintainingdepartmental equipment.

Training responsibilities

include the design of training curriculum for new products, execution of on site training for class sizes 5 through 40 people, speaking and training at company user group meetings and delivering web based training sessions using Webex for nationwide training sessions and demonstrations.
